Account and preferences
On this page
Use the account pages to manage your personal security, appearance, and notification choices. These settings are separate from the selected company's contact and billing details.
Before you begin: Your own signed-in account. Security options depend on your sign-in method; appearance is saved in the browser.
Manage account security#
- Open My account, either from the sidebar or your profile menu.
- Check the displayed name and email to confirm which account is signed in.
- Select Security settings to manage password and sign-in methods through the account service.
You should see: the account service's security page. Follow the options provided for your account. Company contact changes do not update these sign-in details.
Set your appearance#
- Open Appearance.
- Choose System, Light, or Dark.
System follows your device's appearance preference and is the default. The choice applies across companies in this browser and follows changes made in another tab. A different browser or device can have a different choice.
If browser storage is unavailable, the appearance can still change for the current session.
Choose notification channels#
- Open Notifications.
- Find the topic you want to change.
- Set its available In app or Email choice.
- Review the saved setting and any explanation beside a fixed or unavailable channel.
Notification preferences belong to your account across companies. Supported topics include support requests, replies, and status changes; additional topics appear when available to your role.
In-app choices control the app's notification feed. They do not enable browser push notifications. Previously delivered notifications remain visible, and re-enabling a channel does not replay notifications you missed while it was disabled.
Understand emails that remain enabled#
Invoice and invitation emails, guest support access links, and messages to shared company or support mailboxes follow their existing delivery rules.
Personal payment-reminder email can be changed only when the account has a unique, verified email profile. The page explains when this option is unavailable. Changing a personal preference does not silence reminders addressed to a separate or shared company billing address.
For a missing email, check the recipient address and spam folder, then report the relevant invoice, invitation, or support reference if it still cannot be found.
Use the profile menu and log out#
Open your profile menu for My account, Help & FAQ, and Log Out. Help & FAQ opens Coryntas Docs.
Before logging out, review any prompt about unsaved changes. A successful logout clears supported account drafts. If logout fails, use the offered retry and confirm that sign-out has completed.
If security settings or email delivery remain unavailable, follow Support and troubleshooting.
