Verify your email

Email verification confirms that you control the address used for your Coryntas account. It does not give you access to a company by itself.

Before you begin#

Who can do this: anyone registering their own account or completing a verification prompt. Use your company email and a mailbox you can access. If you were invited, use the invited address.

Complete verification#

1. Open account setup and enter your name and company email.
2. On Verify your email, check the displayed address and open the Coryntas email sent to it.
3. Enter or paste the 6-digit code, including any leading zero, then choose Verify email. The code expires after 10 minutes.
4. Create your password when prompted, then continue company setup or the invitation or order draft you started.

If an existing session shows Verify your work email, choose Continue verification to open the same code form. Reloading preserves a request that is still valid. Accounts that are already verified do not need to verify again.

You should see: password setup for a new account, followed by the applicable company setup or saved continuation. Registration does not automatically create a company, order or payment.

If verification does not complete#

Check spam and quarantine folders and confirm the address. Resend code becomes available after at least 60 seconds and replaces the previous code for that verification session. Use the newest email. At most five verification emails can be sent per hour for an account.

After five submissions within 15 minutes, wait for the attempt limit to clear. Reloading, resending or opening another tab does not bypass the limit. For an expired code, request a new one; for a delivery error, wait for the resend countdown or contact Support.

Do not share your code or include it in a Support report. Password recovery continues to use its separate email link; a verification code does not replace your login password. Verification links sent before the change remain usable until their original expiry.

Changing a company's primary contact or billing email does not verify or change your personal sign-in address.
