Getting started overview#
Choose your deployment package
Explore the deployment packages on our Pricing page and choose the option that best matches the work you want handled. Submit your requirements through Order so Coryntas can confirm the proposal and next steps. Advanced and Custom deployments receive a final quote.

Design the workflow together
Coryntas works with your team to define the first workflow: what starts the work, which information and systems it uses, and what a successful result looks like. Together, we agree on the responsibilities, review points, and examples used to evaluate the agent.
Your part: Name a business owner, share representative examples, and identify the systems involved.
Build and validate
Coryntas builds the agent, connects the agreed systems, and tests the workflow using representative cases. Your team reviews the results with us, including situations that need clarification or human approval, before the workflow moves into production.
Your part: Arrange access with system owners, provide test examples, and review whether the results meet the agreed criteria.

Go live and keep improving
Launch the workflow for your initial users with training and handover from Coryntas. As your team uses it, Coryntas supports operation and helps refine the deployed system.
Ongoing support and improvements are included within your agreed scope while your system operates with valid Coryntas usage.
Your part: Introduce users to the workflow, share feedback, and identify where the work could improve.

Typical timeline#
For a typical deployment, allow approximately 2–4 weeks from confirming scope to go-live, assuming the required access and approvals are available.
Timing depends on workflow complexity, integrations, and how quickly your team can provide access and review results. More complex deployments have a schedule confirmed in their proposal. Your Coryntas team will confirm the timeline for your project.
