Invoices and payments
On this page
Review an invoice before paying, use the instructions shown on that invoice, and check the outstanding balance afterward. Submitting payment evidence and verifying receipt are separate steps.
Who can do this: an Owner or Billing user of the selected company. Payment methods are shown according to the invoice and current availability.
Before you begin: An Owner or Billing role in the selected company and an invoice to review.
Find and review an invoice#
- Open Invoices, or follow View invoice from an agent.
- Search or filter the list as needed, then open the invoice.
- Check the company recipient, invoice reference, description, currency, amount due, and any recorded payments or refunds.
- Select a payment method from those available on the invoice.
You should see: the invoice's actual amount due and the instructions for your selected method. Paid or void invoices retain their records without offering another payment.
For a disputed amount or incorrect issued invoice, contact Support with its reference before proceeding. Changing company information affects future invoices; it does not rewrite an issued invoice.
Pay by bank transfer or Payoneer#
Choose the available method on your invoice and use its current payment instructions. Follow Pay by bank transfer or Payoneer.
Pay with USDT when available#
USDT checkout uses a specific network, address, amount, and expiry. Follow Pay with USDT and check the live instructions before sending.
Check verification and remaining balance#
A payment submission is evidence for review; received funds are verified before the invoice is updated. Partial payments can leave an outstanding balance. Follow Submit and track payment evidence.
Download or print the invoice#
Choose Download PDF near the invoice heading when the document is ready. Preparing PDF means the document is being generated; refresh later or contact Support if it remains unavailable.
Use More → Print for the print view. Earlier document versions remain accessible when shown. Save the version that matches the record you need for accounting.
Continue with Credits and workspace budgets for usage funding, or Support and troubleshooting for payment issues.
