Keep the company's legal, contact, and billing information current so that new orders and documents use the correct details.
Who can do this: an Owner or Billing user can edit company information. Members have a limited company view.

Review company information#
Open Company and check the selected company. The page groups information into:
- Company details: company name, legal name, registration number, tax ID, and company address.
- Primary contact: contact name, email, phone number, and job title.
- Billing details: billing email, billing address, tax ID, and the displayed currency.
The primary contact or billing email is a company contact destination. It does not change your personal sign-in email or invite that person as a member.
Edit and save details#
- Choose the edit control for the relevant group, or Edit all.
- Correct the fields you need. Currency is displayed as USD rather than offered as an editable currency choice.
- Review the legal name, address, tax details, and email destinations.
- Choose Save changes.
You should see: Company information updated and the saved values after a successful save. Cancel exits editing; review any prompt about discarding changes.
Understand invoice changes#
Company changes apply to future invoices. Issued invoices keep their existing recipient details and document history.

Resolve a simultaneous edit#
A concurrent update pauses saving. Load the latest details, review retained edits and overlapping values, then save. Follow Recover unsaved changes and resolve save conflicts.
Recover an unsaved draft#
Supported drafts can be restored in the same tab for up to 24 hours when browser storage is available. Follow Recover unsaved changes and resolve save conflicts for limits and recovery steps.
