Agent requests, delivery, and acceptance
On this page
Agent delivery follows the agreed scope and applicable package or quotation. The app provides progress and the next action; the commercial record and your agreed terms determine the work to be delivered.
Request and quotation responsibilities#
Owner and Billing users can submit company agent requests. Provide the business outcome, representative inputs, required systems, boundaries, and acceptance criteria. An Owner reviews and accepts a quotation.
Check the proposed scope, implementation fee, and amount required to begin deployment before accepting. Ask for corrections first if the proposal does not match your requirements. Quotation acceptance does not itself take payment.
Payment and implementation#
Payment evidence remains pending until the received funds are verified. Deployment readiness uses the verified financial position and other delivery requirements. A payment receipt, submitted request, or partial payment does not alone prove that implementation can start.
Follow the request's displayed stages and next action. Commercial changes, uncertain payments, or delivery issues may need review with Coryntas. A stage label does not create a new completion deadline or service guarantee.
Review and handover#
The workflow owner should compare the delivered outcome with the agreed scope, test representative tasks, and report remaining issues. Communicate acceptance or actionable feedback through your Coryntas contact or Support. Handover is recorded through the delivery process; there is no general self-service delivery acceptance button in the app.
Delivered agents offer a workspace action when available. Starter credits, where included, follow the displayed package conditions and accepted handover. Workspace access and sharing are governed by the workspace's controls.
Changes and related guidance#
Agree on changes with Coryntas before assuming they are included. For delivery questions, provide the agent reference, expected outcome, and observed result through Support. This page does not add cancellation, refund, or acceptance terms beyond those agreed for the service.
