Account and company access
On this page
This policy explains how account and company access currently work in the Coryntas app. Deployment-specific controls and your agreed service terms may add requirements.
Account and company boundaries#
Each person should use their own account and keep their sign-in credentials private. Email verification is required for self-service company setup and matching invitation acceptance. An account alone does not give access to another company's records.
Check the selected company before changing access, ordering an agent, or managing billing. Changing a company contact or billing email does not change anyone's sign-in account.
Roles and responsibilities#
| Role | Company responsibilities | | --- | --- | | Owner | Manage members and invitations, accept quotations, and manage company, billing, and agent requests. | | Billing | Manage invoices, credits, company details, and agent requests; ask an Owner to approve quotations or member changes. | | Member | Use the permitted company view and delivered agents; ask an Owner or Billing user for administrative actions. |
Owners are responsible for assigning suitable roles and reviewing access as responsibilities change. The final active Owner is protected from removal, suspension, or demotion. Company roles sync to connected workspaces; document and agent sharing remain managed in those workspaces.
Invitations and access changes#
Invitations identify the company, invited address, and proposed role. They expire after seven days; resending replaces the old link. Acceptance requires the matching verified account and an explicit acceptance step. An invitation does not silently overwrite an existing member's role.
Suspension disables company access while retaining the membership. Removal removes company access, not the person's personal account. Restoring or reinviting someone requires an appropriate Owner action. Password recovery does not restore removed company membership.
Access problems and further information#
If a role or membership changes, review the app's current state before retrying a blocked action. For account recovery use the sign-in service; for company access ask the Owner or Support.
Follow Accept a company invitation, Manage member access, and Reset your password. See the Privacy Statement and Trust Center for the published privacy and security information.
