Review agent delivery and handover

On this page

Use the agent detail page to understand progress and the next action. Review the delivered outcome against the agreed scope with the workflow owner.

Before you begin#

Who can do this: Owner or Billing can follow pending requests and their commercial details. Members can open delivered agents available to their company. Assign a workflow owner to review the outcome and communicate acceptance.

Follow the delivery stages#

  1. Open Agents and choose the request.
  2. Read the status, delivery stages, and next action.
  3. Complete any requested scope or payment action before expecting implementation to proceed.
  4. During implementation and acceptance, use Support or your Coryntas contact to coordinate review.

The stages describe Request, Scope confirmed, Deployment, Acceptance, and Delivered. A payment submission awaiting verification is not confirmation that deployment has begun.

Review and communicate handover#

  1. Compare the agreed scope with representative tasks and the deliverables provided for review.
  2. Check the intended users, connected systems, boundaries, and unresolved issues.
  3. Send specific feedback or acceptance to your Coryntas contact or through Support, referencing the agent.
  4. After handover is recorded, check the agent's delivery status and available workspace action.

You should see: a delivered agent offers Open agent or Open workspace when its link is available. The app presents progress; it does not provide a general self-service Accept delivery button.

Open the delivered agent#

Select Open agent or Open workspace and complete any required workspace sign-in. Workspace permissions and document sharing remain subject to that workspace's controls.

Starter credits, where included in the agreed package, follow the displayed package conditions and accepted handover. See Billing and credits for the issued balance and expiry.

If delivery or access looks wrong#

Connection status unknown means a recent update is unavailable; it does not by itself prove an outage. Try the provided workspace action, then report the observed error if access fails.

If the agreed outcome is incomplete, describe the expected result, actual result, and representative example through Support. Do not treat a status badge as a substitute for reviewing the work.
