Request an agent

On this page

Turn the work you want handled into an agent request. The app helps you prepare a brief, choose a package, and review the commercial details before submitting.

Who can do this: a company Owner or Billing user can submit an agent request. Only an Owner can accept a proposed quotation.

Before you begin: An Owner or Billing role in the selected company and a clear workflow brief. An Owner accepts a quotation.

Prepare your agent brief#

Have a concrete outcome in mind: for example, prepare a weekly operating report from agreed sources, flag exceptions, and send the draft to a named reviewer.

Gather the task, expected output, relevant systems, access requirements, and the decisions that need a person. Use Plan your first workflow if you need help defining the scope.

An agent order describes what Coryntas should build. Requests to a delivered agent belong in the agent workspace; see Write a clear work request.

Use Place order & view invoice to create your initial payment invoice and open its payment details. The initial payment is $3,750 for Focused, $8,000 for Department, or $20,000 for Enterprise, credited against the agreed deployment fee. The remaining balance is invoiced after successful acceptance; no deployment payment is invoiced at handover for testing. Scope and the final proposal are confirmed before deployment. Focused AI Agent has a fixed development and deployment price. Department and Enterprise start at their listed prices. Your proposal records deployment milestones, the monthly usage package with operations included, covered workload, spending limit and third-party costs. Existing signed contracts retain their billing terms.

Submit an agent request#

  1. Select Order an agent on Home, or open the order page.
  2. Choose an available deployment package and review its inclusions and terms.
  3. Complete Purpose, Responsibilities, People & scale, Workload, Existing tools, and Desired result in the guided brief. Give the agent a recognizable name.
  4. Sign in and complete company setup if prompted. Return to the brief and review it.
  5. Confirm the selected company and its billing details.
  6. Review the brief, package, price or quotation requirement, and payment terms. Use the edit controls to correct any section.
  7. Select the final action shown for your package: Confirm order & create invoice or Request a quote.

You should see: confirmation and an agent detail page where you can follow the next step. A fixed-price confirmation creates an order and invoice. A quotation request sends your requirements for review and does not create the final invoice at that point.

The final action creates the request. Choosing a package, editing a brief, or signing in does not submit it.

Review and accept a quotation#

An Owner must review the proposed scope, price, and deployment requirement before accepting. Follow Review and accept a quotation. Acceptance does not itself take payment.

Continue a saved draft#

Your order draft can remain in the same browser tab for up to 24 hours when browser storage is available. After sign-in, review the restored details and submit explicitly.

If a package or billing detail has changed, the app may ask you to review the current information again. If the draft has expired, re-enter the brief and first check Agents for an earlier submission.

If a submission has an uncertain result, keep the original page and follow its retry or recovery action. Check for the existing agent request before starting another order.

Follow delivery after submission#

Open the agent in Agents and follow its next step. Deployment proceeds after the applicable payment requirements have been verified and the other agreed requirements are met.

Continue with Invoices and payments and Track and open agents.
