Sign in and company access
On this page
Sign in with your own work account, then select the company whose agents and records you want to manage. Company membership determines what you can see and do.
Before you begin: Access to your own sign-in method and mailbox. Creating a company requires eligible verified onboarding; joining another company requires its invitation.
Sign in to your account#
- Open the Coryntas sign-in page.
- Use the sign-in method associated with your account.
- Complete any verification requested by the sign-in service.
- Check the company shown in the app before opening an agent or invoice.
If you are creating a new account, follow the registration and email verification prompts. When registration is unavailable, contact Coryntas through Support. An account alone does not grant access to an existing company.
To manage your password or sign-in methods after signing in, open My account → Security settings. See Account and preferences.
Join a company from an invitation#
Use the invitation sent to your own verified email and explicitly accept the company and role. See Accept a company invitation for the complete flow and expired-link recovery.
Create a company when prompted#
New-company onboarding uses your verified account and company contact details. See Create your company. For removed company access, ask the Owner to review your membership.
Switch between companies#
- Open the company selector below the Coryntas logo.
- Select the company you need.
- Check its name again before submitting an order, changing access, or managing billing.
Agent lists, invoices, credits, and member roles belong to the selected company. Switching companies may return you from a detail page to its list. Review any unsaved-change prompt before continuing.
Personal notification choices follow your account across companies. Appearance follows the preference saved in your browser.
Recover from an expired session#
When the app detects an expired session, it sends you through sign-in and returns you to the relevant page. A failed write is not submitted automatically after you sign in.
Review the resulting state before continuing. An order or company draft may be restored in the same tab when browser storage is available, but an unsaved member form may need to be entered again. Keep the page open if it reports that browser storage is unavailable.
If sign-in succeeds but a record is unavailable, check the company and ask its owner about your role. See Support and troubleshooting if the problem continues.
