Pay by bank transfer or Payoneer
On this page
Payment methods are shown on the invoice. Always use its current instructions, reference and outstanding amount.
Before you begin#
Who can do this: an Owner or Billing user. Check the selected company, invoice recipient, currency, outstanding balance and due date. Have your own bank or Payoneer access ready.
Bank transfer requires a business bank account sending a domestic transfer in the displayed currency. Personal bank accounts and transfers from an account in the beneficiary's own name are not accepted. Ordinary customer transfers must not use marketplace-only SWIFT instructions.
Pay by bank transfer#
- Open Settings → Billing → Invoices and select the invoice.
- Choose Bank transfer, then choose Sending bank country based on the bank account you will use. The app does not choose it from your location or billing address.
- Request the bank details and check the quoted amount, currency, beneficiary, bank, routing fields and invoice reference. Only the matching receiving account is shown.
- Open Additional bank details for the bank address and supplemental fields. Copy all bank details and the downloaded instructions include the complete details.
- Pay the exact quoted amount in the required currency using the supported domestic network below. Include the invoice reference.
- Keep the bank confirmation and use the invoice's payment notification action to report your transfer and reference for Finance verification.
| Sending bank country | Currency | Domestic network | Main routing fields |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | USD | ACH or Fedwire | Account number and ABA routing number |
| United Kingdom | GBP | BACS, CHAPS or Faster Payments | Account number and sort code |
| Australia | AUD | BECS | Account number and BSB |
| Canada | CAD | EFT | Account number, institution number and transit number |
The invoice remains in USD. For GBP, AUD and CAD, the displayed amount is a Coryntas payment quote using daily Frankfurter reference rates, with no exchange-rate markup or surcharge. It is not a promise of Payoneer's conversion rate. Coryntas bears receiving and currency-conversion fees; paying the full quoted local amount fulfills the corresponding quoted obligation.
A quote is valid for 24 hours to begin the transfer and remains the same after reload. Once you report that you transferred, it stays fixed while Finance verifies it. A transfer still needs verification before the invoice balance changes.
Request or open Payoneer payment#
- Choose Payoneer on the invoice. Use this alternative for other sending countries or when a verified local receiving account is unavailable.
- If a current payment link is ready, open it and review the payment in Payoneer.
- If asked to request a link, review Amount and Send to, then choose Confirm request. Requesting instructions does not charge you.
- Wait for a ready link or a request sent to the displayed recipient, then follow that current request and keep the reference.
If instructions are missing or expired#
For an expired quote, confirm that you have not transferred before requesting a replacement. If you already transferred, report it and contact billing instead of making another payment. Late, wrong-currency, underpaid or overpaid transfers require Finance review and are not automatically repriced at a new exchange rate.
Unavailable or stale exchange-rate data prevents a new foreign-currency quote. A saved quote stays usable until its deadline; Payoneer remains an alternative. Missing or unverified bank accounts are not offered.
Use the latest valid Payoneer request and contact billing for an expired link. Check the invoice and provider before retrying an uncertain payment. If copying fails, select the displayed details manually or contact Support before transferring.
