Credits and workspace budgets

On this page

Existing provider-cost contracts#

For deployments with signed provider-cost billing terms, open the deployment or agent details and use AI Usage & operations to review your spending limit, verified provider costs and reservations pending verification. An Owner or Billing user can approve a new limit for the current period; it does not automatically change future periods. AI work pauses before further spending would exceed the limit. Management and reporting remain available. Estimates never become payable usage.

Under those existing contracts, Managed AI Operations is billed separately after 30 days of stabilization. You can request cancellation from the same section, with 30 days’ notice. See Billing and credit rules.

Coryntas usage packages#

Core, Growth and Scale combine Coryntas models, data management, caching and operations in a monthly package. Review the usage packages on Pricing and the terms in your proposal. Existing deployment billing follows its signed contract; a package shown on the website does not change your invoices or activate a subscription.

Existing credit contracts#

The instructions below apply to existing signed credit contracts. Their balances, expiry and terms remain unchanged.

Use Credits & usage to review your company's allocation balance, purchase credits, and assign budgets to workspaces. Workspace usage and available company credits are shown separately.

Who can do this: an Owner or Billing user of the selected company. Check the company and workspace before confirming a credit action.

Before you begin: An Owner or Billing role. Allocation requires available company credits and a listed workspace.

Understand the balances#

Use the balance that matches the decision you are making.
LabelMeaning
Available to allocateCompany credits available to assign to a workspace.
Credit balancesPurchased and starter or promotional credit balances, including any expiry.
Workspace budgetsCredits allocated to workspaces and their latest reported use.
Usage historyReported workspace usage, with an update time.
Reported remainingThe latest reported remainder for an allocation; check the workspace for its current spendable balance.

Credits in a workspace budget are already assigned. They cannot be allocated again from the company balance unless unused credits are successfully returned.

Add credits#

  1. Open Credits & usage and choose Add credits.
  2. Choose a credit package and review its amount, price, and validity if shown.
  3. Choose the workspace or company account option available in the form.
  4. Select an available payment method.
  5. Choose Review, check the package and destination, then select Create invoice.
  6. Follow Invoices and payments to complete payment.

You should see: a new invoice. Credits are issued after payment is received and verified; creating the invoice alone does not increase the balance.

If the page says Credit packages are being prepared, contact Coryntas to arrange a budget. Package availability, prices, and validity are shown in the app.

Allocate a workspace budget#

An Owner or Billing user can move available company credits into a selected workspace. Follow Allocate and return workspace credits to review the amount and track synchronization.

Request the return of unused credits#

Request a return from Manage budgets and wait for workspace confirmation. A return moves unused credits back to company availability and is not a cash refund. Follow Allocate and return workspace credits.

Review usage and expiry#

Check Usage history and its update time for reported consumption. Review the expiry shown beside each credit balance and the current spendable balance in the workspace.

If the report looks stale or an allocation or return stays pending, contact Support with the company, workspace, affected action, amount, and time. Explain whether the issue is the company balance, workspace budget, or usage report.
