Billing and credit rules

On this page

Owner and Billing users manage the selected company's invoices and credits. Use the current invoice, package details, and agreed commercial terms when deciding what to pay or allocate.

Invoice and payment rules#

Review the invoice recipient, reference, currency, amount due, and available payment methods. Use complete bank instructions or the latest valid Payoneer request. For USDT, use the exact current address, amount, network, and expiry shown by the checkout.

Requesting a Payoneer link or preparing USDT checkout does not take payment. A payment submission is evidence for review; billing verifies the funds received before updating the invoice. Partial payment can leave an outstanding balance. Check the provider and invoice before repeating an uncertain transfer.

Issued invoices retain their recipient and document history. Updating Company details applies to future invoices; request corrections to an issued invoice through Support.

Coryntas usage packages#

Focused AI Agent development and deployment is a fixed $7,500 one-time fee. Department and Enterprise deployment start at their listed prices.

Monthly AI usage · USD · Excludes tax
PackageMonthly priceWorkload
Core$500For everyday AI tasks and lighter, recurring business workflows.
Baseline included AI usage.
Growth$5,000For multiple daily workflows and growing automation needs across your team.
Approximately 12× the included AI usage of Core.
Scale$15,000For continuous, high-volume automation, with workloads targeting tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of tasks per day.
Approximately 50× the included AI usage of Core.

Your first month of Agent usage is on us.

For new deployments, Focused AI Agent includes one month of Core usage; Department AI Agents and Enterprise AI Agent System include one month of Growth usage. The included period starts at go-live, including operations for that package. Monthly billing begins in month two for the paid package agreed in your proposal.

With annual billing, your included usage month comes before the 12-month paid term at 20% off: 13 months in total. The included package is determined by your deployment; the paid package is agreed separately in your proposal. Annual packages are paid upfront for 12 months. Included usage remains monthly.

Each package includes specialized Coryntas models, business data management, caching and ongoing operations. Your proposal confirms the covered workload and responsibilities. There is no separate management charge.

Included Core or Growth package limits apply during the complimentary month. Third-party charges remain separate, and existing contracts retain their signed terms.

Actual task volume depends on task complexity and the workload agreed in your proposal.

You can also connect your own third-party model account; provider charges are paid separately.

A deployment proposal confirms the work, monthly usage package and exclusions before acceptance. Package changes and additional spending require your approval. Monthly service can be cancelled with 30 days notice; committed third-party costs are disclosed before signing. Customer subscriptions and special infrastructure are listed separately. Existing contracts retain their signed prices and billing terms.

New deployment orders#

Placing a deployment order creates an initial payment invoice: $3,750 for Focused AI Agent, $8,000 for Department, or $20,000 for Enterprise. The initial payment is credited against the agreed deployment fee. The remaining balance is invoiced after successful acceptance, with no deployment invoice at handover for testing. Scope and the final proposal must be accepted before deployment; payment is not collected automatically.

Existing provider-cost contracts#

A deployment request creates no invoice. After you accept a fixed proposal, deployment is invoiced 30% at kickoff, 40% at handover for acceptance testing and 30% after successful acceptance. Enterprise applies these milestones to each phase.

Managed AI Operations is quoted independently, paid monthly and starts after the included 30 days of stabilization from go-live. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Committed third-party costs are listed before signing.

AI Usage starts at go-live and is invoiced only from verified provider costs, without markup. Proposal estimates are not payable amounts. Basic infrastructure already included in Managed AI Operations and usage caused by Coryntas implementation errors are excluded. You approve a spending limit; it cannot be increased automatically. Cost-incurring AI work pauses at the limit while management and reporting remain available.

Use the AI deployment’s AI Usage & operations section to review verified costs, reservations pending verification, approve a limit for the current usage period or request cancellation. A period-specific limit change does not change future periods’ accepted limit.

Existing credit contracts#

Existing signed contracts keep their prices, benefits, usage balances and billing conditions. The following credit instructions apply to those contracts.

Credit issuance and expiry#

Purchased credits are issued after payment is received and verified. Starter credits, where included, follow the agent package's conditions and accepted handover. Review the amount, validity period, and expiry shown for the relevant package and issued balance.

An invoice or a package selection is not an available credit balance. Expired or otherwise unavailable credits cannot be treated as spendable merely because they appeared in an earlier balance.

Allocation and return#

Available to allocate is the company amount eligible for workspace allocation. Reported remaining is a workspace's latest report and is not automatically available in the company account.

An allocation may await workspace synchronization. A return request must be confirmed by the workspace before returned credits can be allocated again. Ongoing usage can change the amount returned. Returning unused credits is a credit movement, not a cash refund, and does not create a new validity period.

Questions and corrections#

Report an unclear payment, evidence review, or stalled credit synchronization through Support. Check the existing record before submitting a duplicate action. This guidance does not introduce refund rights, transfer guarantees, or a fixed verification deadline.
