Members and roles

On this page

Give each colleague their own account and the company role they need. Invitations, role changes, and access controls are managed from Members.

Who can do this: a company Owner. Roles apply to the selected company; the same person can have different roles in different companies.

Before you begin: An Owner role to invite or change members. Review the selected company before changing access.

Choose Member for colleagues who need to work with delivered agents. Choose Billing for colleagues responsible for purchases and billing. Choose Owner for people accountable for company administration and quotation acceptance.

Invite a colleague#

  1. Open Members and choose Invite member.
  2. Enter the colleague's work email address.
  3. Select their company role and read the permissions described beside it.
  4. Review the email and role, then confirm the invitation.

You should see: confirmation that the invitation is queued for delivery, and its record under Invitations. A queued email does not mean the colleague has joined; they must accept the link using the invited, verified email address.

Send them Sign in and company access if they need help joining. Invitations expire after seven days.

Resend or revoke an invitation#

Open Members → Invitations, find the correct email, and choose:

  • Resend to issue a fresh invitation. The earlier link stops working; the recipient should use the latest email.
  • Revoke to invalidate a pending invitation when it is no longer needed.

Review the confirmation before applying either action. If the colleague already joined, manage their membership from Members instead.

Change a role or suspend access#

An Owner can change a company role or suspend and restore access. Follow Change, suspend, or remove member access for the confirmation steps and final-Owner protection.

Remove company access#

Removing access removes the company membership, not the personal account. Follow Manage member access and review the affected person before confirming.
