Recover access to a guest support request

On this page

Guest support access belongs to one request. Its email link is not a company membership or a general sign-in session.

Before you begin#

Who can do this: the guest requester with access to the email address used when creating the request. Find the Ticket ID in the original support confirmation and use the original email.

  1. Open Support while using the guest flow.
  2. Choose Recover your ticket link.
  3. Enter Ticket ID and the original requester Email address.
  4. Choose Send recovery link.
  5. Check that mailbox, including spam folders, and open the latest recovery email.
  6. Review the request and reply or attach evidence as needed.

You should see: a generic recovery acknowledgement. When the submitted details match an eligible request, a new access email is sent. The acknowledgement alone does not confirm that a ticket or email exists.

Guest access links expire after seven days and are scoped to one request. Treat the full link as private: anyone using a valid link may gain the access it grants. Do not paste it into another ticket, public chat, documentation, or screenshots.

Use recovery again if the link expires. Signing in with an unrelated account does not automatically transfer ownership of a guest request.

If the email does not arrive#

Recheck the Ticket ID and exact email used for the request. Use the most recent recovery email if several were requested. If you no longer control the original mailbox, contact Support through a new request and explain the situation; access recovery needs review rather than guessing another address.

If the page reports invalid or expired access, return to Recover your ticket link. Avoid repeated guesses; recovery requests are subject to protective limits.
