Your Coryntas environment is dedicated to your organization. From the AI runtime and web chat to the systems that operate your AI agents, your deployment runs separately from other customers.
Coryntas deploys and manages this environment close to your team, typically within your country or at a location agreed around your requirements.
Your dedicated environment#
Coryntas provisions a separate cloud environment for your organization. The runtime, web chat, and AI operations services in your deployment are dedicated to your business and are not shared with other Coryntas customers.

Deployed close to your team#
We choose a deployment location close to your team, typically within your country. Your location and any specific hosting requirements are discussed before deployment.
If a suitable location within your country is unavailable, we work with you to agree on the nearest suitable location. You can also request a specific country, region, or other deployment arrangement for Coryntas to assess and confirm with you.
Share the following with your Coryntas team:
- The country where your team operates.
- Any required deployment country or region.
- Any special infrastructure or hosting requirements.
Managed by Coryntas#
Coryntas handles deployment and the ongoing operation of your environment, including monitoring, updates, maintenance, and support.
Your team provides the business requirements, the access needed to connect your systems, and feedback on the work your agents deliver. Coryntas takes care of running the deployed AI system.

Operating costs and usage#
No separate recurring hosting or operations fee
Runtime, compute, and infrastructure consumption are covered through Coryntas Usage. While you continue using Coryntas with valid usage, there is no separate recurring fee for hosting or operating your dedicated environment.
Deployment is covered by your one-time deployment package. Ongoing consumption is covered by your usage package. Visit Pricing to compare the packages and choose the capacity your business needs.

Tell us where your team operates and share any specific deployment requirements when you submit your order request. Coryntas will confirm the location and deployment arrangement with you before implementation begins.
